Lakes:

Kingfisher

Depth ranges from 4ft to 7ft on the road side ideal for both pole and feeder fishing. Stocked with carp, bream, tench, roach, perch and ide. Carp to 20lb average 5lb.

Coot

Stocked with carp bream ide tench roach and perch carp to 15lb average 3lb pole. Depth between 3ft -5ft ideal for pole and feeder.

Heron

Stocked with carp bream tench roach perch carp to 10lb average 3lb and also a good head of f1s and barbel depth between 6ft ideal for pole fishing.

 

Rules and Regulations

Parking

No parking in front of the house or garage.

Bait & Hook Rules

No unused bait to be thrown in lakes or on land after the match.

Barbless hooks only, with a maximum size of 12.

Fishery Pellets only up to 31st May

Pole Limits

Kingfisher & Coot – 16 meters

Heron – 14.5 meters

Bait Restrictions

No cat meat, dog food, or seafood.

No surface baits.

Bread allowed between 30th October and 26th March, with a maximum size of 8mm punch.

Method and bomb must be free-running, no elastic.

Groundbait allowed only by pole cup or feeder.

Pole & Fishing Rules

All pole rigs must have a float, including on pole method or feeder.

No suspending float above water, especially when shallow fishing.

Twirling allowed, but no tapping—pole must be kept above water.

You may feed with a pole cup while fishing another rod.

Keepnet Rules

On arrival at the peg, lay keepnets out. 10 minutes before starting fishing place nets in water.

Do not peg nets out.

Weight Limits

65lb per net maximum.

Over 65lb but less than 70lb – weight knocked back to 60lb.

70lb but less than 80lb – lose net.

80lb and over – disqualified.

Silver fish net required on all lakes for all barbel, etc., and carp up to 2.5lb.

Net Regulations

All nets brought to the fishery must be laid out in fresh air upon arrival at the peg, including landing net heads.
